Introduction

Annapolis Health was created to provide a much needed service to the elders and disabled of the Annapolis community.  We provide prompt and appropriate medical services to clients in their own homes or assisted living homes.  The focus of the practice is on prevention, wellness, and health maintenance education.

Until now, frail elderly clients with poor mobility, or lack of transportation have usually had to go to a great deal of trouble just to receive routine medical care.  In many instances, their family members have had to miss work (and lose wages) to take them to see their primary health care provider.

With Annapolis Health, the provider comes to you.  Annapolis Health can be your primary care provider, or just provide occasional visits when it is more convenient for you not to travel to your regular provider’s office.

Services Available

Annapolis Health provides house calls for elders and the disabled in the comfort of their homes/assisted living homes.  Full health care services are available with a focus on prevention, health maintenance, and teaching.

Reasonable Cost:  If you have Medicare or Medicaid you will only have to pay your regular co-payment.  If you have an HMO or no insurance we accept cash or major credit cards.
